APPLICATION
Our 'La Vache de Paris' butterghee is made from butter from which water and non-fat dry extract are removed by centrifugation. Valued for its taste qualities, this product is suitable for both cooking and pastry preparation.
It is available in several packaging options adapted to your uses (industrial or domestic). The flavor of this product is particularly appealing to our consumers in Asia and the Middle East.
