Renée and Roland Flechard open a business trading in Butter – Eggs – Poultry. The family business begins.
1970
Flechard is the first company in France to venture into the production of Concentrated Butter / Butter Oil. This marks the beginning of exports, a key driver of the company's growth.
1985
Introduction of a pastry butter support system. The company focuses its sales on this market and begins specializing in butters for pastry artisans and industrial users.
1992
A new production site is built to accommodate all dairy product manufacturing, as well as a new production line for Tetra Brik cheese for the export market.
1995
Implementation of the fat fractionation process. Launch of sheet butters specifically for puff pastry.
2005
Acquisition of Gillot cheese dairy, specializing in Camembert de Normandie PDO.
2015
Launch of Cream Cheese production to expand the export product range.
2017
Implementation of a UHT production line in 1-liter Tetra Brik for packaging milk and 35% cream specifically for whipping.
