Publication of the Overall Score for the Gender Equality Index at the End of 2024
In accordance with Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018, on the freedom to choose one’s professional future, the company SAS FLECHARD LAITERIE DU PONT MORIN announces an overall score of 88/100 for the gender equality index.
This overall score is obtained from 4 indicators (pay gap, individual salary increases, individual salary increases upon return from maternity leave, and the presence of women among the ten highest earners in the company) and scored out of 100 points. The equality index was designed as a practical tool to promote equality between women and men within companies.
